General Functions:
The Administrative support for weekend ministry needs, church calendar, room management, and events. Coordinating weekend counting, training volunteers and managing the ROCK data management system.
Supervision Received:
Reports directly to the Life Development Pastor at Torrey Pines Church. Employee seeks authorization for broad scope of tasks.
Scope & Dimensions:
Interacts with all staff and volunteers to bring excellence and dependable programs, ministry efforts and equipping for tasks assigned.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Leadership: recruit and lead volunteers for ministry teams and work alongside the leaders in order to build quality ministry teams.
- Administrative support for the Growth Groups ministry.
- Oversee the care of the Facility.
- Use the ROCK for tracking and updating all data with regard to Torrey Pines Church
Experience And Educational Requirements:
- Must have experience with data entry, internet communications & be skilled with organization.
- Two years experience in related environment.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Additional duties as assigned.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
- Mobile – In and out of office to ensure task completion
- Overtime hours as required by ministry needs
- Church staff is required to abide by the Cultural Expectations (tithe, attendance, conduct, etc.)

- This position is classified by the Church as a PART TIME paid position and is EXEMPT from the overtime provisions, as stated in Employee Handbook.
